Corn poha pakora recipe - An easy snack made with sweet corn and poha, These are crispy and tasty and perfectly accompanied with hot cup of chai.
First of all rinse poha thoroughly and let it soak in little water (just enough to cover them) for 5 minutes. Once it turns soft, drain water completely and keep aside.
Coarsely grind (just pulse it) the corn kernels and ginger in a mixer and take into a mixing bowl.
Combine the mixture with soaked poha, finely chopped onion,green chilies, curry leaves, rice flour, besan, salt and mix well to combine all ingredients.
Heat up a pan, add oil for deep frying. Once oil is hot enough, gently slide spoonful of mixture into the oil and fry them on medium flame until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towel. Repeat the same process for remaining mixture.
